Two kids were found dead in a stagnant water body in Atebubu in the Brong Ahafo region.
An eyewitness said the children had come in their numbers to play around the water since their parents were not around.
Bodies of the toddlers were retrieved by residents of the community who had gone to fetch from the water.
She also added that their attention was drawn to the sad incident after some of the other children started wailing upon seeing the lifeless bodies of their colleagues floating on the water.
